It doesn't feel huge on the first floor and I am not crazy about the kitchen being separated at the front (I wonder if it would be difficult to take out the wall above the dishwasher to create a peninsula with stools). The dining room area doesn't look huge either (but could feel bigger if the kitchen were more open) and I like the living room with the doors.
Upstairs, the rooms are all a good size with a good bathrooms and there is a good sized yard.
It is listed at $2,095,000.
Considering the house at 68 Pricefield Avenue down the street...
Sold for $1,870,000 two years ago (before being gutted and listed unfinished for $3,295,000 in 2016)....
I'm thinking this is a little low and will sell closer to $2,500,000. But if the house at 3 Gibson Avenue sold for $2,755,000...
Maybe even more.
