This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 43 x 91.83 foot lot at 50 Poplar Plains Crescent in Rathnelly.
It a house that I have posted before when the listing photo looked like this...
It was a house that I really like but I said...
There are issues inside. It isn't large and there is no room to build out because it backs onto what many agents call a 'reverse ravine'. I call it a hill.
And everything looks like it hasn't been touched in 20 or 30 years.
It was listed at $1,650,000. It didn't sell and 2 months later, the price was dropped to $1,580,000. A couple of weeks later, it dropped again to $1,485,000. It eventually sold for $1,450,000.
With no changes except for a new plywood floor in the sun room, the house is back on the market...
For $2,500,000.
That's more than a 10% annual increase so....ummm.
