A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spaces on a 41.58 x 65 foot lot at 42 McFarland Avenue in Earlscourt neighbourhood in Toronto.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this…
And for the most part, it was a really good flip. I just didn’t get why they didn’t put in new windows.
The asking price was $1,275,000.
It didn’t sell and the price has now increased. The asking price for this house is…
$1,299,000.
Does that increase include new windows?
