In June, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom, approximately 2,950 square foot, full floor condo at 540 College Street in Littly Italy in Toronto.

It was a condo owned by Gianpiero Pugliese and Mariya Naumov, the founding principal and a designer (respectively) at Audax Architecture…

It was a condo that sort of reminded me of penthouse condo at 95 Bathurst Street with the colours and the overall feel but that place was bigger with a huge outdoor space. The only ‘outdoor’ space here was the ‘winter garden’…

The asking price was $4,285,000. I thought if they threw in some of their own designed furniture, maybe.

It didn’t sell and in September the price was dropped to $3,935,000. I still thought the price was a little high.

As of yesterday, it has finally sold…

For $3,820,000.

I still think they threw in some of the furniture.
