And with that, we will start with the sale of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo 1,052 square foot condo with 1 parking spot and private locker room at 710 - 377 Madison Avenue just south of Davenport in the Casa Loma neighbourhood in Toronto…

It was a good condo but the best thing about it was probably the 818 square foot rooftop patio…

That had a really good view…

It was listed at $1,395,000. If you lookd at the interior on its own, it was a little pricey at $1,326/square foot. But if you added the square footage of the patio, the price was $745/square foot.

I couldn’t find the condo fees but if they weren’t crazy, I didn’t think this place would sit for long.

It was on the market for 20 days and sold the day before New Year’s Eve…

For $1,375,000.
