The new build at 193 was a good house with lots of windows and good finishes. But as you will notice, it was a 26.74 foot lot so the other 23.29 feet were used to build this house at 195 Silver Birch Avenue.
It is 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 23.29 x 118 foot lot with 2 parking spots.
And while slightly different than the house at 193 Silver Birch house (which I prefer), it has good finishes. It is fully open on the first floor unlike the other house so while it doesn’t have as many windows, it is also bright.
The house next door was listed a year ago for $2,579,000 and it sold the day it was listed for $2,600,000.
This house was listed at $2,399,999. It sold in 4 days…
For $2,420,000.
I’m not sure what they paid for the lot but, like the houses at 79 Eaton Street, I think they did well here.
