It’s now a new build for sale that seems to have used the renderings from the 2018 sale but they changed up the colours of the facade. And I really like it.

Actually, I like everything about it. The only thing I would change is to make that wall in the back yard a living wall, or at least some parts of it. And where do those stairs go? It looks like there is nothing up there but black wood chips.

Otherwise, this house is great.

It is now listed at $5,200,000.

I wonder if something similar is going to go up next door at 46 Ellis Park Road.
