I first thought it was this house at 328 Margueretta Street in Bloordale…
It makes no sense but I thought it was that house but renovated.
Turns out, it is a house on the east side of the city, not the west side like that house, and I had posted it after it had been flipped from a house that looked like this....
And 5 years later, it still shows well if you are into the pinterest look. There is a lot of black, white paint, white oak wood floors, and patterned tiles.
Before the flip, it was listed at $999,000 and sold for $950,000. After the flip in 2016, it was listed at $1,099,000 and it sold for $1,620,000.
A few days ago, it came back on the market…
For $1,998,000.
