This unit only has 2 sets of windows versus the 4 in unit #200, and one of the windows faces the other building but, of the 3 units, this is by far my favourite. It is more up-to-date overall and I prefer the furniture in this place.

Unit #200 was listed at at $529,000 with $785.38/month in condo fees (but that was ages ago) and sold for $509,000. Unit #101B was listed at $865,000 with $597.12/month in condo fees 4 years ago and sold for $830,000.

This place is listed at $1,098,000 with $601/ month in condo fees or about a 7% annual interest growth from the sale of #101B.

I can’t see it sitting for long.
