AND IT WENT FOR - 171 Indian Road - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 30.33 x 117 foot lot at 171 Indian Road in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

It was a house that had been flipped in 2016 after previously being on the market for $1,149,000 and sold for $1,243,000.

And considering how much potential I thought it had pre-flip, I would say I was a little underwhelmed post flip. It’s not that it was a bad house. I just didn’t find it very exciting.

It had initially been listed then for $3,400,000. After a few months on the market and a price drop to $3,147,000, it eventually sold after 3 months on the market for $2,850,000.

Two weeks ago, it was back on the market for $4,099,000.

It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $3,995,000. After 3 days at that price, it sold…

For $3,915,000.
