Two months ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a 2 car garage on an 18.5 x 88.41 foot lot at 40 Gibson Avenue in Summerhill in Toronto.

It was a recently renovated house with the design done by Nicholas Ancerl of Ancerl Studio in collaboration with Seven Seventy Park and Simon Maas of Pivot Build.

Like the other projects that some of the above (or all?) were involved in at 116 Souranen and 118 Souranen

Perhaps this house was priced a little high.

As I mentioned in the July post for this house, I wasn’t sure if the Sorauren houses ever sold but Botfield sold in 3 months for $3,000,000 after a price drop to $3,199,000 from the initial asking price of $3,399,000

All houses were done very well with all showing a great attention to detail likely all priced aggressively

The asking price for this house was…

$4,388,000.

It. has now had a price drop…

To $3,999,999.
