It finally SOLD!!!!
A little over 2 years ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 174.75 foot lot at 360 Walmer Road in Casa Loma.
It was a new build that had looked like this...
When it was listed for $1,199,000.
The new build was listed at $3,249,000.
Annnnnd there was no dining room (just the kitchen counter)...
There was only a family room.
And the master bath toilet overlooked the street...
It was a Grey House.
Here is the price history:

And then there was a break.
It came back on the market in January for $2,895,000 and I could NOT figure it out.
Turns out they did an addition to creat a proper dining area...
