At the end of March, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,345 square feet on a 16.33 x 32.90 'lot' with 1 parking spot at 388E Manning Avenue in Palmerston.
It was basically the same unit as the one I posted in at the end of 2015 at 338C Manning Avenue...
That place was listed at $729,000 at the end of 2015. It sold for $705,500.
A year later,
This place was listed at $699,000. A couple of weeks later, the price was increased To $948,500.
A couple of weeks ago, it was dropped to $888,000.
It has been dropped again.
The new asking price for this condo that actually does have another bedroom other than just the baby's bedroom...
Is $799,000.
