And it went for....
This 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build located on the completely unlandscaped (except for those 3 bushes at the front) 25 x 110 foot lot at 30 Sharron Drive has finally sold.
It was first listed in July for $1,589,000. It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,549,000 in August.
I posted it in September, a week before they dropped the price again to $1,499,000.
In my first post, when I compared it to a house around the corner at 145 Hanna, I said they were both 7-10% overpriced but didn't give a number.
After the price drop in September, I said this house was more of a $1,425,000.
It sold last week for $1,435,000.
Maybe they planted a tree in the backyard.
