Why can't I stop thinking about this picture!?!?!
It is located steps from the completely renovated house at 164 Dovercourt Avenue that just sold for $1,350,000.
It's also around the corner from the house at 5 1/2 Mackenzie Crescent that sold for $1,055,000. It wasn't as big but it will be great when it is done.
This is a little larger than the B&B at 42 Delaware Avenue in Dufferin Grove that sat for ages at $1,950,000, and it is also slightly larger than another B&B at 73 Homewood Avenue at Church and Wellesley that also sat for ages at $2,430,000.
This is what this bed and breakfast called looks like from the front....
The listing says it is 6,000 square feet but it doesn't feel like it from this angle!
Sure, it is large from the side but it is all house leaving either just a parking spot or a small yard.
And are there going to be any takers for that decor? There is a LOT of Trompe-l'œil.
Perhaps if it was in party room like the house at 328 Palmerston Boulevard...
But not so sure about this...
Not to mention that instead of an oven, there is a vase of roses in its place....
How do you run a bed and breakfast without an oven?
Though it is large, there won't be a lot of takers for this place.
And the asking price is....
Ummm.....
$3,750,000!!!!!
This will be a VERY hard sell.
