AND IT WENT FOR - 90 Roxborough Street East - ROSEDALE

A little over a week ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 64.17 x 125.42 foot lot at 90 Roxborough Street East in South Rosedale.

It was a house that I had first posted in September 2014 and it was a great house.

In 2014, the interior had been designed by Sloan Mauran, the former owner and designer of the house at 297 Russell Hill Road in Forest Hill and the house at 51 Bernard Avenue in the Annex.

This time around, I am not sure who or if any designer was used, but it was very colourful.

In 2014, the asking price was $5,560,000.  In October 2014, the price was dropped to $5,450,000.  A few weeks later, it was down to $5,250,000.  It sold in January 2015 for $5,060,000.

Almost three years later, it was listed at $6,995,000.

It sold last week...

For (approximately) $7,000,000....so probably asking.
