And after doing a little Googling of the address today, I discovered that this house was built by the same people that did the Red Houses at 243 Rose Park Drive...
And 170 Alexander Boulevard...
That builder, Keystone Group, was also behind this house's look alike house (but not so much inside) at 129 Inglewood Drive...
And surprisingly the modern house at 53 Coldstream Avenue...
In 2012, this house was listed at $2,495,000. It sold for $2,366,000.
At a 10% increase, that would make it a $3,900,000 house today.
The current asking price is $3,495,000.
Considering the slightly dated and smaller semi on a smaller lot around the corner at 32 Cornish Road...
Sold for $2,202,000 a year ago...
I think this will sell fast.
